XPO Logistics are looking for a Late shift Site Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Doncaster. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique warehouse operation. Working across Monday to Friday, 14:00pm to 23:00pm, you’ll be comfortable delivering our commitment to the customer and driving the operation forwards – does this sound like something for you?

Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late site and Transport operation, including the relationship with the customer.
  • Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards.
  • Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAs
  • Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS.
