The team ensures products are accurately moved and delivered to the correct downstream areas, such as replenishment or active picking zones, supporting efficient inventory flow and timely order fulfillment across Retail, Wholesale, and E commerce operations. What you’ll do You will oversee daily departmental operations to support the DC Field team and optimize inventory flow. You will manage a section of the Operational team and report to the Warehouse Manager. Besides coordinating day-to-day processes, you are responsible for continuous improvements in DC Operations. Daily collaboration with DC Supervisors ensures smooth operational activity based on agreed KPIs. You'll supervise Warehouse Leads and operational employees. Ensure compliancy with company policy and regulations. Monitor efficiency and apply methods to improve. Analyze and report on performances. Analyze and work against the needs of internal/external customers. Supervise and train employees (Team development). Provide administrative support when necessary. Organize necessary certifications through external institute Taking corrective actions where needed in cooperation with the team Identifies risks on Operational matters and reports these to the Warehouse Manager Works together with various departments as F.I. Logistics, Customs, Planning etc. Responsible for personnel matters (conducting performance appraisals, (interim) evaluation conversations, corrective conversations, personal conversations etc.) Responsible for sickness absence (absence conversations, guidance, reporting, contact ARBO etc.) Responsible for correct time registration and processing for your employees and temporary employees Perform administrative tasks (interview reports, time registration, process descriptions, tracking logs, staff scheduling, Performance’s reporting. Controlling of hours registrations You’ll Need to Have Solid English skills (verbal & writing) MBO+ working- and thinking level At least 3 years Leadership experience & extensive knowledge of various operational departments Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
