We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys driving efficiency, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve operational targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Leading, motivating, and developing warehouse staff.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring performance targets are met.
• Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensuring stock accuracy through regular checks and inventory control procedures.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Investigating and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Coordinating workload and labour resources to meet operational demands.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse performance.
• Completing reports and maintaining accurate operational records.

What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
