Job Description:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement within warehouse processes.

Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and high performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports and KPIs.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Support audits by maintaining organized documentation and inventory records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is preferred.
