REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience from Retail (or FMCG) warehouse management, preferably with documented experience in retail operations
• Physically fit to load/unload goods
• Attention to detail
• Must be competent in using computers and software to track various aspects of the supply chain
• Must have a high capacity and ability for planning and organization
• Procedural mindset - ability to analyse data and understand connections
• Organizational skills - organized and have good multi-tasking and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with limited guidance from Management
• Problem-solving skills - ability to resolve problem locally and remotely and to escalate when necessary

• Production and warehouse operations planning and coordination, transportation, storage, and delivery of goods
• Responsible for ensuring that material allocations for the daily production schedule are completed daily
• Oversee aspects of raw material processing and manufacturing, product storage, movement of products among outlets and retail partners, and maintenances
• Each of these steps requires ensuring that costs are minimized while maintaining high quality in the finished product
• Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely
• Responsible for maintaining proper equipment listing, inspections of outlet equipment and reporting on maintenance issues
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work and supervision of contractors and inspecting completed works
• Picking, packing and labelling of outgoing stock based on delivery order and ensure they are accurate before being delivered
• Place and stack stock in proper manner at assigned locations
• Receive and inspect all incoming stock
• Oversee the work area’s cleanliness, safety, and overall compliance with regulations and tariffs
• Complete paperwork including work orders (weekly production requirements), Return shipping orders (sales return orders), assembly orders; transfer orders and marketing promotion products inventory.
• Supervise loading, unloading and distribution of packages, including worker schedules.
• Oversees inventory of goods and doing monthly; quarterly and yearly cycle counts
• Managing the Maintenance of Equipment and Machines
• Monitoring 3PL shipping performances (ninja van; simply post)
• Managing 3P warehousing and store
• Undertake any other ad hoc projects
