Overview and Responsibilities Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor who wants to be part of a company that makes a difference in patient’s lives. In this position you will be responsible for the overall warehouse management, inventory control, purchasing, delivery routing, and general maintenance of products and vehicles in facilities. You will also responsible for hiring and training Patient Service Technicians and all warehouse personnel. Manages FDA Compliance and review of daily FDA paperwork Meets with suppliers Processes purchase orders Maintains inventory Performs equipment maintenance and record keeping activities Reviews shipping notices/invoices for accuracy Supervises or performs warehouse receiving/distribution activities Routes deliveries as appropriate to promote time and manpower efficiencies and keep records of all routing Conducts annual evaluation of reporting employees Monitors Fleet reports Demonstrates and performs in-services on products to other employees Delivers equipment in the absence of drivers Maintains and monitors procedures for transfilling compressed or liquid gas according to FDA guidelines Maintains preventive maintenance program (Equipment Maintenance Records) for all equipment lines Manages IOP participation Supervises vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance Supervises warehouse personnel Orients and evaluates all subordinate employees to their job responsibilities and provide ongoing in-services Monitors personnel and vehicle records and maintains in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background check (company-wide).
