Sandvik Mining Warehouse Supervisor –Kenwick, WA About the Opportunity: We’re currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our newly established warehouse in Kenwick. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in setting up and managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring processes and systems meet Sandvik’s high global standards. You’ll oversee the flow of spare parts and materials, manage people and performance, and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and chain of responsibility requirements. Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations including inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, and inventory control. Supervising loading/unloading of shipping containers and managing international freight documentation. Coordinating with internal warehouses and stakeholders to meet customer delivery targets. Ensuring all safety procedures are followed and fostering a strong EHS culture. Planning labour resources, developing team capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. Supporting warehouse setup, process optimisation, and KPI achievement. About you: We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will bring: Proven warehouse or stores experience, ideally within mechanical or heavy parts environments. Forklift licence and First Aid certification (essential). Experience with freight container handling and international shipment paperwork. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid computer literacy and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (advantageous). A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to teamwork and safety. Agencies need not apply.
