Warehouse Supervisor – West Midlands (WV14) Sharps Furniture Group Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s leading fitted furniture brand, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a small, standalone warehouse supplying our manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining operational work with responsibility for coordinating workloads, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting a small warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch Coordinate workloads and inter-site transfers to support manufacturing demand Maintain stock organisation, accuracy, and rotation Step in operationally when required, including FLT operation and manual handling Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and the warehouse remains clean and safe Support, coach, and guide warehouse operatives Act as cover for the Warehouse Manager when required What We’re Looking For Warehouse or logistics experience with some supervisory responsibility Confident coordinating and motivating a small team Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced environment Flexible and reliable approach to work Desirable: FLT licence (counterbalance and/or reach) Manufacturing or standalone warehouse experience Familiarity with warehouse systems What We Offer Full-time role (typically 40 hours per week) Opportunity to develop supervisory and leadership skills Training and development to support career progression Supportive team environment within a well-established UK business
