Job Description Define and ensure compliance with the safe and healthy work environment (QSHE) including SOPs, Work instructions, Check List and Statutory requirements in operation. Manage people, processes and systems to ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched appropriately and that productivity targets are met. Responsible for all actively related to warehouses in UAE. Ensures smooth shifting of Raw Materials for production without any delay. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Leading the warehouse team & direct reporting of Supervisors, Floor Operations personnel. Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Prepare and present various status reports for senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Communicate and co-ordinate on improvement of storage and operations. Responsible for stock accuracy system vs Actual through weekly reconciliation. Liaising with cross functional team. Auditee for any requirements on warehouse & related subjects. Responsible for annual stock count plan & execution. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. QA/QC Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems. Implement good safety practices. Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification of at least 5 years’ experience with proven track record in the related field. Computer literate on MS Office applications. Work experience in warehouse logistic area with supervisory experience.
