Job Description Summary of Position: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and team supervision. This role supports company goals by maintaining a well-organized warehouse and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise inventory integrity through regular audits and cycle counts. Ensure accurate product identification, storage, and traceability. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain minimum stock levels. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. Schedule shipments according to established procedures and ensure accurate documentation. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance. Promote a safe and productive work environment. Utilize ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and order management. Collaborate with relevant departments to update system records. Maintain adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations. Support the Quality team in tracking and managing non-conforming products. Qualifications Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Traits: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Education and Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Navision, or similar). Forklift certification and logistics experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
