Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inventory, including receiving, dispatch, stock transfers and stocktakes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to picking, packing, dispatch and delivery.
  • Record serial numbers and maintain accurate shipment and delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international freight with couriers and freight providers.
  • Prepare, move and organise equipment for customer demonstrations, conferences and events.
  • Coordinate equipment movements for repairs, servicing and returns.
  • Work closely with sales, service, finance and customer teams to ensure orders and equipment are available when required.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and freight documentation.
  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with reporting and month-end processes.

About You We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or operations coordination.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory management systems.
  • Good Excel and general computer skills.
  • Experience coordinating freight, deliveries or logistics.
  • Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work physically within a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to approximately 25kg.
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Ensure all inventory movements are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Allocate resources and manage workflows to meet customer and operational deadlines.
  • Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is operated safely and maintained appropriately.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across all warehouse stock.
  • Manage cycle counting programs, stocktakes and inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure products are stored, handled and protected according to company standards.
  • Support inventory optimisation initiatives to improve availability and minimise stock loss.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and teamwork.
  • Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Assist with workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation.
  • Promote employee engagement, safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Safety & Compliance

  • Drive a strong safety-first culture across warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain compliance with all warehouse and material handling requirements.
