Description

Key Responsibilities / Mga Pangunahing Responsibilidad Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Mag-supervise at i-coordinate ang mga araw-araw na gawain sa almacen—tulad ng pagtanggap, pag-iimbesta, pagpili, pagpapakete, at pagpapadala ng mga produkto. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets. Pamunuan, sanayin, at bigyan ng inspirasyon ang mga tauhan ng almacen upang makamit ang mga target sa performance at produktibidad. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, especially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (if applicable). Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Qualifications / Kwalipikasyon High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
