About the Job As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take charge of a dynamic team and ensure that warehouse operations run seamlessly and efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in overseeing inventory management, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a team of 15 Warehouse Assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee and maintain inventory control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure the warehouse operates in line with GMP standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization. Utilize and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track shipments, and streamline workflows. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely handling of goods and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to meet business objectives. Train, mentor, and motivate your team, encouraging professional growth and maintaining operational excellence. Who We're Looking For 5 years or above experience in warehouse or inventory management, with GMP-standard warehouse experience being a strong advantage. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling inventory and processes. A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
