Job Purpose To manage and lead a team of in warehouse department daily work according to job scope and daily operation  to ensure timely and accurate process of demands. Job Description Supervise, plan, and arrange routine work in warehouse team then monitoring outcome and take necessary actions. Manage and lead warehouse inventory and accuracy in day-to-day transactions. Oversee and monitor availability of stock and eliminate shortages. Plan and arrange transport movement for incoming and outgoing with Logistic team and Buyers. Ensuring process governance adhere and provide update after process improvement and changes made. Develop and initiate Reporting on weekly and monthly performance report on data entry to superior. Make sure working processes are follow LSOP / LWI / GWI and clear from work pending. Make sure working area are following 5S standard and clear from Safety issue. High accuracy and alertness on matching the physical, Documentation and System records. Support and work on documentation of warehouse processes to with Standardization, Simplification, and Industrialization (SSI). Utilize and maximize warehouse storage capacity. Maintain product quality in warehouse with preservation, storage, maintenance (PSM) standard at all times. To adhere company HSES (Health, Safety, Environment and Security) policy, rules, and regulations. To integrate HSES as part of the routine job functions. You are meant for this job if: Possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in managing and operating within a Warehouse Management System Prior experience in working with LEAN practices will be considered an added advantage. Forklift operation is mandatory : candidates must be capable of safely and effectively maneuvering forklifts in accordance with operational standards. Hold a green book is preferable (not mandatory, but advantage) Has experience manning 40-50 people  Bachelor degree in supply chain or any relative major  familiar with ERP system  Familiar with QC tools like RCA, 8D Additional Skills Multi-tasking Effective teamwork Process Oriented Effective time management SAP Knowledge Effective communication and presentation Overhead crane & Mobile Crane lifting knowledge
