Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels through regular audits and updates, reducing discrepancies and optimizing stock management.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances productivity and morale.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of electrical switchgear panels, busbars, breakers, contactors, relays, cables, and accessories.
• Maintain organized warehouse layouts for efficient material flow.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry practices.
• Certifications in warehouse management or safety (e.g., OSHA, PMP) to highlight a commitment to professional development.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient data handling and reporting.
