This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing strict safety protocols. Role and Responsibilities: * Train, manage, and evaluate warehouse and seasonal staff. * Conduct new employee orientation, setting expectations and safety guidelines. * Assign daily tasks and workloads to warehouse associates. * Monitor and improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of operations. * Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance. * Cross-train team members for better department coverage. * Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inventory. * Utilize Microsoft D365 to support warehouse operations. * Perform other duties as assigned.
