KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong leadership with a hands-on approach, comfortable working both on the floor and in a supervisory capacity.

As the Warehouse Supervisor at TIA Wheels, you’ll lead daily warehouse functions from the front lines. This hands-on role ensures smooth operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch, while driving efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Actively engage in warehouse tasks alongside the team—unloading/loading, stock handling, forklift operation as required.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock audits; manage discrepancies efficiently.
Enforce and uphold health & safety standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
Collaborate with transport/logistics, procurement, and dispatch teams to maintain smooth inbound and outbound flows.
Monitor and meet performance metrics like order accuracy, picking speed, and on-time dispatch.
Identify bottlenecks; propose and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and schedule relevant servicing or repairs.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports—tracking inventory levels, staffing, and productivity.
Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
