ABOUT THE ROLE Job Summary: The Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities including inventory/stock control, local procurement, space management, logistics, floor productivity, storage, and shipping. Responsibilities: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Responsible to Maintain Forklift and other equipment in working condition and arrange periodic maintenance. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and by complying with local legal regulations. Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages. Conducts weekly Inventory audits and maintain No discrepancy in stock. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. Place orders to replenish supply as needed. Track shipments and address any delays. Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items and special care needed items. Evaluate local suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals. Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions) Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments) Ensure purchases do not exceed budget. About You Qualifications & Experience: A Degree or an Equivalent training in Stores, Warehouse Management from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3+ years in warehouse/Procurement in charge experience. Direct Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. A “COC” completion certification is a plus.
