  Main Activities  1 Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. 2 Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures. 3 Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 4 Lead and oversee the training and development of warehouse staff, ensuring performance goals and productivity standards are met.  5 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse staff. 6 Lead the implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings and audits to maintain compliance.  7 Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory and order fulfillment processes. 8 Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels. 9 Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations. 10 Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement operational improvements. 11 Oversee the Warehouse lead, providing direction and support to ensure client accounts are managed effectively and efficiently. 12 Work with Billing Associates to ensure all inbound/outbound loads are invoices, ensuring all services provided are accurately billed.  14 Understand WMS with the ability to troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime. 15 Direct communication with Customer Service Associates, providing ideas and solutions to resolve any issues they may have, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 16 Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.  17 Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper operation of equipment, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling practices. Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. 18 Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures that improve warehouse efficiency, ensure audit readiness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.  19 Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.  20 Resolves routine equipment issues. 21 Performs other related duties as assigned. 22 Assist in screening candidates for hire. 23 Training new or recently transferred employees. 24 Conduct disciplinary reprimands that are timely and constructive. 25 Maintain a teamwork culture. 26 Provide coverage of Distribution Customer Service in case of absences, ensuring continuity of operations and minimal disruption. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Weekly Payroll 40.00 hrs per week
