Description
Overview A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the supply chain for company products from the manufacturing stage through to storage and product orders. Responsibilities Logistics Oversight: Coordinating the receiving, sorting, and dispatching of project material. This ensures that incoming shipments are inspected for quality and that outgoing orders are packed accurately and shipped on time to meet customer expectations. Process all material deliveries within the established timeline. Manage and oversee all Project Staged material and ensure proper sign out process is completed. Inventory Management: Overseeing cycle counts and physical audits to ensure stock levels match system records. Supervisors are responsible for identifying discrepancies and maintaining an organized storage layout to maximize space and accessibility. Operational Reporting: Measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, order accuracy, and process adherence Facility Maintenance: Ensuring warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is regularly serviced and the facility remains clean and secure. Work with landlord and Maintenance Team to ensure warehouse security, cameras, and heating and cooling are working properly in warehouse. Customer Service: Provide the utmost excellence in customer support to teammates, ensuring that deadlines are met and process does not hinder their ability to satisfy our external cost Qualifications Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Clean driving record, must be able to obtain a DOT card Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Windows based software, especially Excel. Ability to prioritize and self-manage. Able to lift and pull heavy objects. Physical Demands: The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position which sometimes includes lifting objects over 20 pounds.
