This is your role:

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Guide and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training and developing team members to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor workflows on the shop floor to ensure productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
• Uphold and promote a strong culture of health, safety and compliance in all warehouse activities.
