Panda Mart is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, team management, stock movement, workplace safety and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock, storage and inventory movement
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily duties and staffing
• Monitor team performance and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards
• Use basic warehouse management systems
• Improve warehouse processes, productivity and workflow

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Current and valid Forklift Licence – essential
• Current and valid Australian Driver Licence – essential
• Ability to communicate in English in the workplace
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and warehouse systems
• Strong safety awareness and a responsible, proactive attitude
