Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in the system. * Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with company policies. * Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency. * Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity. * Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to meet delivery timelines. * Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics. Requirements: * 3+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
