Consistent Schedule – Early morning starts with dependable hours Team Environment – Work alongside supportive warehouse and field crews Room to Grow – Advancement opportunities within a thriving, expanding company Job Duties Safely operate a stake bed with liftgate across Northern California (Sacramento, Bay Area, and Reno, NV) Partner with warehouse staff to load equipment and materials Use manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to move freight Load and unload material at warehouses and job sites Lifting to 50 lbs. and heavier loads with team assistance Operate a forklift for warehouse tasks and inventory movement Assist with inventory management and organization Perform general warehouse labor duties and other related duties as needed Benefits after introductory period include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Basic AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D & 401k, Paid vacation, Sick days and Holidays Requirements Must have a valid Class C driver's license with minimum 3 years’ licensed driving experience Must meet company driving standards and maintain a clean driving record Must be 21+ years of age Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. by yourself and heavier loads with team assistance Start each day from our Sacramento base location Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
