Description ROLE OVERVIEW The Warehouse Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities and Panel repair at Clear Touch. This position is responsible for receiving, handling, organizing, and shipping Clear Touch products while maintaining safety and quality standards. Duties will include (but are not limited to) freight handling, organization, inventory management, hardware upgrades, PC imaging, equipment repair/rework, general warehouse duties, and on-site customer support. The Warehouse Support Associate will work and report directly to the Support Manager in realizing the company’s vision and strategic priorities set by the company's mission and strategic goals. Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to ensure workload coverage. ACCOUNTABILITIES Learn to prep, receive, and document inventory for outbound/inbound shipments. Learn to identify various lines/models of product/equipment. Keep work areas and warehouses clean and organized. Help analyze equipment faults, troubleshoot, and run a diagnostic test on the operating system and hardware to detect problems as needed for repair/rework. Ensure established safety protocols are followed at all times. WORK CONDITIONS Up to 10% travel to meetings and activities throughout the region, with the possibility of overnight stays periodic and scheduled overnight stays. There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions, with the exception of weather-related travel conditions. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order tracking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Effective verbal and written communication skills Efficient troubleshooting abilities Ability to understand documentation and processes Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow and execute instructions effectively Maintain professionalism in the presence of guests and customers PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Equipment Utilized: Computer, network, software, cell phone, and voicemail Physical Activities: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, grasping, typing, talking, and hearing. Visual Acuity: heavy acuity is required in this position. Physical Demands: sedentary work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; driving; participation in a variety of activities in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
