Übersicht:
The Warehouse Support team member assists with general warehouse operations. This role supports the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, including material handling, organization, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming stock and supplies.
• Support the picking, packing, and preparation of orders for shipment.
• Restock shelves and organize inventory to maintain an orderly workspace.
• Perform basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Help maintain cleanliness and safety in all warehouse areas.
• Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Label and tag products accurately for storage and shipment.
• Assist warehouse associates and supervisors with special projects or urgent tasks.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to management.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Qualifikationen:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30kg
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• German skills - required
• English skills - advantage
