Responsibilities

  • Picking Orders: Utilise order lists and/or computer systems to locate products in the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Packing Orders: Carefully pack products, ensuring they are appropriately protected for safe delivery to customers. Adhere to quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting KPIs: Work diligently to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as order processing times, accuracy rates, and inventory management goals.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Strive to uphold high-quality standards in all warehouse operations, adhering to safety guidelines and company protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse processes, maintain a clean and organised workspace, and ensure a seamless workflow.
