Job Title: Warehouse Support Department: Canada (Warehouse & Receiving) Reports To: Warehouse & Receiving Manager FLSA Status: Hourly, Full Time, 4-Month Contract ---------------------------------------- JOB SUMMARY Primary duties of this position are to assist in the packaging and processing of shipments. DURATION OF CONTRACT This is a temporary role with a contract duration from May 4, 2026, to August 28, 2026. COMPENSATION $20.00 per hour. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Verifying every picking ticket matches the order number on the box. * Maintain an organized shipping environment * Keep shipments on schedule * Good communication skills and quick responses to other departments. * Very efficient in UPS, FedEx, Purolator, & Loomis software * Understanding of commercial invoices * Understanding of Freight Orders * Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned. METRICS * Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard processing procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work. * Processing counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month for the bonus program. * Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders processed and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Not applicable. This position has no direct reports. EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY * Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue * Monthly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity. * Annual Reviews – Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability. WORK SCHEDULE This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional time as needed. WORK ENVIRONMENT The environment is a shipping area. Dress attire is casual but professional in a shipping setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
