OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse(Coffee Roasting Facility) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and materials handling. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving operations is essential.
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
• Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a leadership capacity is a plus.

• Manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, handling materials up to [130] pounds.
• Execute order picking tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates in the warehouse management system.
