EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• No college degree required.

Related Experience:

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Sage ERP and Scanco strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimal travel; primarily on-site at Alamance Foods warehouse.

• Enter and update inventory transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Sage ERP, and Scanco.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory adjustments using Scanco barcode scanning tools and Sage reporting functions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports through Sage and Excel.
• Support shipping and receiving functions by processing bills of lading, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies by working closely with warehouse leads and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, and other departments.
