EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE The Warehouse worker position exists to receive, store, issue, and deliver product from the warehouse to delivery drivers and customers or to prepare shipments for delivery to various customers or locations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately pull product from warehouse, stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment. Stock Shelves - Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Assist drivers to load and unload parts from delivery van and accurately confirm inventory that was distributed or returned Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software and inventory database programs Organization and time management Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
