• Lead day-to-day warehouse fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping customer orders
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to prioritize workload based on order volume, shipment schedules, and staffing levels
• Coordinate inbound receiving tasks, such as unloading shipments, verifying item accuracy and condition, and updating data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Oversee and assist with the replenishment of pick locations to maintain product availability and prevent order delays
• Monitor order flow and fulfillment KPIs to ensure accuracy, speed, and completeness targets are consistently met
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues, including order discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory variances
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, safety updates, and operational changes
• Train, mentor, and support Warehouse Associates in best practices, fulfillment procedures, and safe equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
