The Warehouse Team Lead at Cytiva is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in day-to-day responsibilities including providing direction to Warehouse Team members.
This position reports to the Manager, Picking Supervisor and is part of the Logistics department located in Duncan, SC and will be and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35 lbs and handle extended bending, lifting, sitting, and standing periods.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• SAP or other ERP (specifically in a warehouse/manufacturing environment)

• Be a consistent voice of Quality for the area including proper handling of goods and coaching of others, verifying that products are effectively moving to the next work center, and ensuring associates fill out all required documentation.
