Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company with the goal of providing steady jobs to hard working individuals, all over the United States! We are currently looking for a flexible, hard working Team Lead in Portland, OR to lead warehouse associates in completing duties such as: unloading trucks, sorting product and loading trucks. Do you have leadership experience? Do you have warehouse experience? Are you proficient on a computer? Are you good at communicating? Do you enjoy problem solving and process improvement? Are you reliable and trustworthy? Are you responsible and solution minded? If so, we are looking for someone like you to lead our small team to excellence. Fast paced atmosphere, fantastic small team mentality, we come to get the work done safely and efficiently and then we go home. Enjoy a sense of accomplishment every day. You’ll need to be able to think quickly on your feet, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This is a direct hire, full time position (40 hours a week) with some benefits after 90 days. Warehouse is near Portland Airport. Early morning public transportation to this area is limited. Reliability is a MUST! Shift Details: Monday through Friday 5am - 2:30pm Starting pay $21 per hour Requirements Attention to detail is a must Desire to lead others Computer skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently Must have a positive attitude Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as assigned Frequently required to stand, walk Reliable transportation Drug free work environment Must speak and understand English
