We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to process improvement, and the ability to manage a team effectively. SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for reporting and communication.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred for effective inventory management.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, 3PL operations, and warehouse distribution practices is beneficial.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and forklift operation for safe handling of materials.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Manage inventory control processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems for tracking inventory and optimizing workflow.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in warehouse operations and customer service.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
