OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems for tracking inventory and optimizing workflow.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in warehouse operations and customer service.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
