JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within the warehouse environment. This position is responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Familiarity with SAP and AS400 systems for inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with prior supervising experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of 3PL operations, e-commerce logistics, and customer service best practices.
  • Experience with heavy lifting and physical demands associated with warehouse work.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform data analysis related to inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and process efficiency metrics.
