We are looking to expand our team with a full time storeperson for our Meadowbrook (QLD) warehouse who is customer focused and detail oriented.

About the Role

As part of our warehouse team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, unload, and unpack incoming shipments
  • Check and verify incoming goods against delivery documents
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

About You

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and a strong team player. Ideally, you will have:

  • A forklift and driver's licence (essential)

Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.


Your Role:

  • Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets.
  • Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams.
  • Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand.
  • Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-channel fulfilment environment.
  • Proven experience leading operational teams and frontline leaders, with a demonstrated ability to build capability, drive accountability, and develop a high-performance culture.
  • Strong expertise in operational execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow, and labour management activities within a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.

Roar Equipment is seeking a practical, organised and dependable Operations Coordinator to join our team at our St Marys office.

This is a varied position suited to someone with strong common sense, good organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at the same time. The successful applicant will play an important role in coordinating day-to-day operations across freight, field service, purchasing and general administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements
  • Scheduling and supporting field service technicians
  • Organising service jobs, travel and daily work requirements
  • Purchasing locally sourced equipment, parts and consumables
  • Following up suppliers, deliveries and outstanding orders
