JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with management to lead a team of 20 to 30 hourly associates.
• Motivate the team to achieve daily order processing requirements.
• Liaise between office and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with picking and packing.
