We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Team Lead at our Mechanical Division.
As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll work closely with the team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring inventory is accurate, materials are organized, and deliveries are coordinated. You’ll play a key role in supporting your team and keeping the warehouse efficient, safe, and productive.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Warehouse setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with plumbing equipment and parts is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift); certification an asset.
