Tip Top Bakery in Carrara are looking for motivated and experienced Team Leaders to join our Warehouse teams. This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Available Shift Patterns: Sunday - Wednesday (8:00pm - 6:00am) Wednesday - Saturday (8:00pm - 6:00am) What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating your team to meet production goals Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members Collaborating across departments to drive performance Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a similar role within FMCG Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred) A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI Why Join Us?
