• £15.30 per hour

What to expect as an AMFRESH Warehouse Team Leader:

• You will support your management team, in intake or despatch, run the smooth operations of warehouse logistics.
• You will support and lead our warehouse operatives to smash targets and fulfil daily customer orders.
• You will help cover the warehouse floor on behalf of managers when they are away.
• You will motivate and develop your team to achieve and maintain KPIs daily, providing feedback when required.
• You will take full ownership of your roles and tasks in hand.
• You will champion for health and safety in the workplace and ensure your team report any hazards.
• You will actively take part in team briefings and communicate this to the team to maximise results.
