We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards in our warehouse. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate and support their team while ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 22:00, Weekends 09:00 - 18:00.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including stock control, order fulfilment, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock management and order processing.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Google workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee the goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of stock.
  • Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and stock replenishment to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely, reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to resolve any stock or delivery issues.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
