WOODLAND GROUP IS RECRUITING A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER FOR OUR SITE AT DONCASTER PAYING £30,520. AS A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER YOU WILL BE WORKING DAYS, 4 ON 4 OFF, 7AM-7PM. APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A VALID FLT LICENSE.

The Team Leader – FLT will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, FLT drivers, Warehouse Operatives, and the Stock Control and Admin teams to ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods within the warehouse.
You will lead the FLT team across the shift, ensuring all activities such as loading, unloading, put away, and picking are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with operational targets. The role is hands-on and requires leadership from within the operation, supporting flow, maintaining standards, and acting as the first point of contact for the FLT workforce.
