Pay Rate: £26,353.60 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 17:00pm Friday 7:30am - 11:30am Location: HMP Parkhurst, Isle of Wight, PO30 5NX PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead and manage day-to-day prisoner interactions to maintain an organised, compliant and safe service WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? You'll work in a prison environment daily, leading a group of prisoners professionally and safely within a warehouse The role includes regular manual handling (up to 20kg), physical tasks, and picking and packing orders, with full training and equipment provided. Some periods can be fast-paced, so you'll need to stay organised and calm under pressure. As a Team Leader, you'll also take part in hands-on tasks, including preparing and delivering canteen orders on the wings.
