Pay Rate: £26,353.60 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 17:00pm Friday 7:30am - 11:30am Location: HMP Parkhurst, Isle of Wight, PO30 5NX PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position. At DHL, we manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders. No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead and manage day-to-day prisoner interactions to maintain an organised, compliant and safe service WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? You'll work in a prison environment daily, leading a group of prisoners professionally and safely within a warehouse The role includes regular manual handling (up to 20kg), physical tasks, and picking and packing orders, with full training and equipment provided. Some periods can be fast-paced, so you'll need to stay organised and calm under pressure. As a Team Leader, you'll also take part in hands-on tasks, including preparing and delivering canteen orders on the wings.
