Now Hiring: Warehouse Team Leader – Continental Shifts (Nights)

Summary:
Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for a leading client in Brantford! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and are confident using ERP systems, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate:

• $23.00/hour during the temporary period +$1 Shift Premium
• $25.00/hour upon direct hire + $1 Shift premium

Shift Available:

• 12-hour Continental Shifts
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Print pick sheets and distribute to warehouse staff
• Schedule carrier pickups and process loads
• Obtain freight quotes and prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, export docs)
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using JDE shipping and inventory systems
• Maintain communication between carriers, customer service, and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipping schedules and update changes as needed
• Ensure all shipping office activities are completed accurately and on time
• Promote and maintain safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience with JDE, DcLink, Excel, and other warehouse software
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
