Job Description Manage the Warehouse organizational unit and lead direct reports to meet defined objectives and KPIs, while overseeing succession planning and organizational flexibility. Ensure the completeness and efficiency of all warehouse activities (unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping) for Raw Materials, Semi-Finished, and Finished Goods. Take responsibility for adherence to standards, governance, and process execution, while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and consulting on operational enhancements. Plan regular team activities and workflows to cover all operational stages effectively and ensure timely responses to all incoming requests. Define clear objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members, providing ongoing instruction, monitoring, and results evaluation to ensure high performance. Identify training needs and support the professional development of subordinates, helping them apply new knowledge to foster personal growth and team diversity. Maintain strict inventory accuracy within the warehouse and ensure the proper management and safety compliance of all technical equipment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a background in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred. Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant operational experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments. Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial position with direct reports. Project Management: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects or managing process improvement initiatives. Technical Knowledge: Strong command of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics workflows. Deep understanding of inventory control methodologies and accuracy standards. Proficiency in Lean logistics concepts, specifically Kanban and Pull systems. Software Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is considered a significant plus. Core Competencies: Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct teams and report to stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
