We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy operation in Warnervale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and helping keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly. 


About the Role

Working as part of the warehouse leadership team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operation and support the warehouse team to achieve a safe, productive and efficient shift.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting warehouse staff throughout the shift
  • Coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Supporting forklift operators and warehouse staff on the floor
  • Monitoring workflow and addressing issues as they arise
  • Assisting with stock accuracy, stock rotation and general warehouse organisation
  • Ensuring warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety standards are followed
  • Communicating effectively with the wider warehouse and management team
  • Providing hands-on support when required in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About You

You will be an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, or an existing Team Leader looking for a new opportunity.


To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment. Within food distribution, FMCG or cold-storage environments
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • A current Forklift Licence
  • The ability to lead by example and work alongside your team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse operations
  • A strong commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
