Description
 Ensure all aspects and processes of his department are established, maintained and continuously improved.  Lead, motivate and coach his team to work efficiently and Follow up development program for high performance members to handle extra responsibilities and performance reviews.  Monitor the cycle count and material stocks plus shipment from / to Affiliates  Highlight the material shortages  Follow on depletion plan of redundant and slow moving items plus material rejection and perform issue to Scrap  Coordinate with Quality Department to ease the inspection of incoming material.  Conduct follow up meetings with warehouse team and his superior.  Handle and control physical material transaction from/to w/h and confirm stock update in the (JDE / LFS)  Perform quarterly physical inventory of all materials  Make sure FIFO is well implemented  Follow up Container unloading Schedule with Broker  Make sure Safety measurement is well implemented and follow up on execution  Follow up Issue to scrap complete process by system and physically (IN stock till sending to Bailer)  Follow up on material transfer to Affilaites
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and continuous improvement of warehouse processes while leading and coaching the team. They monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the Quality Department, and manage physical material transactions.
