QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced Warehouse Coordinator / Team Leader with at least 3 years’ experience in leading a team of stock keepers
• Good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP)
• Have knowledge of Lean 5S methodology
• Knowledge & experience of Offshore work environment and regulations
• Have good English communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the warehouses on the vessels are set up and working to Vestas high safety standards, implementing excellent quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full
• Ensure the warehouses are delivering to the required operational efficiencies deploying defined KPI’s
• Maintaining inventory accuracy levels to the highest of standards
• Delivering the expected training and development plans of Warehouse Coordinators
• Liaise with the direct manager to ensure all projects are staffed to the correct levels
• Liaise with the Warehouse Coordinators to ensure warehouses are working to required standards and processes
• Support and work with identifying, validating and implementing improvement processes and best practices in Vestas’ warehouses
• Ordering, purchase requisition creation, and vendor management
• Incoming goods receiving, using Vestas ERP systems
• Pick and Packing warehouse supplies
• Updating site documentation
• Stock take management
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Producing reports
• OH&S compliance
• Trouble-shoot problems and recommend improvements
