Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational and service objectives
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting and reconciliation activities
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with GMP, HSE and company procedures
• Maintain audit readiness through strong quality, compliance and documentation standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and performance
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and performance support
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across operations and supply chain functions
